For me, good delivery starts with good people. I like creating an environment where everyone knows what we're trying to achieve, feels able to contribute and can get on with doing their best work. I bring energy and optimism to difficult projects, but I'm also comfortable getting into the detail when that's what a programme needs.

L&G's CMS was reaching end of life and 40 rigid templates were making publishing harder than it needed to be. I led the rebuild, simplifying the platform and reducing the template library to 8.
The Crown Estate
A decade of seabed survey data had grown into a much bigger challenge than the original site could comfortably handle. I led the UX and delivery work to make the information easier to navigate, search and use.
Nestlé
The existing homepage was doing a good job of showcasing products, but not enough to tell Nestlé's wider corporate story. I brought stakeholders together around the strategy and helped shape a simpler, more purposeful direction for the redesign.
